VikiNuts herbal honey is collected from our hard-working bees from the flowering of many types of herbs / thyme, oregano, St. John’s wort, etc./, which grow on the sunny slopes of Stara Planina. The bee garden is organically certified and is located in an area free of contaminants. Bees do not feed on sugar, but only on natural honey. They do not receive antibiotics or other medications. We use traditional methods for extracting honey. There are no honey additives from other countries. This makes the final product completely unprocessed, unpasteurized, pure and natural honey.
The taste and aroma of Herbal Honey are very intense due to the large variation of pollen. The color varies from light yellow to caramel, depending on which herbs it comes from.
