Acacia Honey
Acacia honey is a product with a delicate taste and fragrant aroma, it is mainly harvested in the southern part of Ukraine. Acacia honey is used as a folk remedy for the treatment of various diseases and in cosmetic procedures; it has unique properties and is more expensive than other varieties.
Composition and calorie content of honey
Sweet food consists of 40% fructose and 36% glucose, which gives a delicate, not cloying taste without bitterness. Acacia honey is rich in B vitamins, contains vitamins A and C. The nectar contains important minerals – manganese, chromium, copper, zinc, boron, sodium, iodine, iron, etc. The delicacy contains about 3% proteins and 78% carbohydrates per 100 g Caloric content – 337 kcal. Thanks to fructose, honey is absorbed very easily.
There are many varieties of honey at the moment. However, among all this variety, acacia honey with the richest composition is considered especially valuable.
